We know that Jennifer Lopez loves her bedazzled body stockings and metallic mini-dresses. Now, she plans on putting her style savvy to use in a different way as she teams up with a group of entrepreneurs to produce a line of limited edition luxury t-shirts. One of those entrepreneurs is Brian Lee, who also launched ShoeDazzle with Kim Kardashian and The Honest Company with Jessica Alba.
The website, teeology.com, is about to launch the range of t-shirts which will be manufactured based on positive votes the designs receive from website users. The site will also offer a permanent line of basic tees, starting at $20 (R164) while a limited edition graphic tee could set you back $29 (R238) and up. It’s not J.Lo’s first fashion project but she’s working with an experienced fashion and technology team so it could be a promising combination for 2012.
Apparently, the new internet company is looking for a winning design which will award $500 to the best designer/artist. That’s bound to attract some extra attention.
