There are so many exciting new launches coming our way from Elizabeth Arden this year, and today, I wanted to give you a quick sneak peek at what you can expect in September.
We had the most beautiful two day media trip at the gorgeous Le Franschhoek Hotel in Cape Town, and I thought it would be nice to take you on a little visual journey of our trip while I share some of the exciting launches…
The new Elizabeth Arden Sunflowers Morning Gardens fragrance is described as a radiant, feminine and refreshing scent, perfect for welcoming the summer. If you like light, bright fragrances that aren’t to fussy, yet still pretty and pleasant you’ll love this one!
It contains top notes of Italian Bergamot, Neo Grapefruit, Neroli Blossom, Pink Peppercorn, Blackcurrant and Nectarine. The middle notes are comprised of Rose Oil Bulgary, Jasmine Sambac, Yellow Peony, Sunflower and Honeysuckle Extract, while the base notes are comprised of Cedarwood, Golden Amber, Vetiver, Radiant Musk.
It’s a lovely, crisp scent that I’m sure I’ll be getting loads of wear out of in the Spring.
Then, on the 19th September Elizabeth Arden launches Green Tea Nectarine Blossom – One spritz of this refreshing, effervescent and flirty Green Tea Nectarine Blossom immediately brings to mind an eternal summer and never-ending friendship.
The top notes burst with energy and a lovely scent of peach, apricot, fresh bergamot and exotic fruits which adorn the purity of green tea vapors. At the heart, a delectable, juicy nectarine is drizzled over a bright floral bouquet while the Soft musk base notes wraps the wearer in lasting comfort.
It’s a pretty, perky scent, and if you love sweet treats then you’ll definitely want to check this one out.
Last up on the September fragrance launches is the new Elizabeth Arden Always Red Femme which will hit selected department stores and pharmacies on the 26th September.
Inspired by the intriguing and dynamic woman with a sexy, feminine sway in her step.
This new scent was expertly crafted for the trendsetter who is always on the move and sets the pace of the city. Through her black silhouette with accents of leather and lace, this city girl is unabashedly feminine and boldly takes an all-or-nothing approach to life. She’s ready for everything the city has to offer—and more.
It contains top notes of Blackcurrant Bud, Pear and Lemon. Middle notes of Davana , Muguet, Jasmine and Peach Blossom, and base notes of Vanilla, Moss, Cedarwood, Patchouli
The September launch I am super excited about is the PREVAGE® Anti-Aging Foundation and this amazing dual-sided foundation brush. I feel like I’m always looking for the next best foundation that looks like skin, and also new ways to apply so that it looks flawless.
I got to swatch the new PREVAGE® Anti-Aging Foundation which launches at selected Elizabeth Arden counters on the 26th September, and it felt great. It’s like having the anti-aging power of PREVAGE® in a skin perfecting foundation. In terms of how it wears, I’ll have to wait until I’ve had a proper play date with it and let you gals know, but I wont lie, I am excited!
What I can tell you is just friggin awesome though is the Dual Sided Contour Brush which launches with the foundation. It’s so fluffy! The one side is heart shaped which helps you blend your foundation perfectly into the natural contours of the face, while the small tapered opposite end helps you to apply foundation or conceal more precisely.
Both the foundation and the brush will be available at selected Elizabeth Arden counters on the 26th September. The foundation will be available in eight shades to suit a variety of skin tones.
