YAY for my favourite month of the year, MARCH! Not only is it my birthday month (whoop whoop) but it’s officially the month of Autumn in South Africa – my favourite season! With that, of course, I have new lusts and wants and although I’m sure many of them wont get worn until late March or even April, you can’t stop a girl from wishing…
I’ve been eyeing this wool blend pink coat for ages, and have been popping into H&M every time I’m at Mall of Africa, eagerly awaiting it’s arrival! I think I spotted it last week when I was at Sandton City for the Pond’s event, but I was in a rush to get to the event, so didn’t stop past to check it out.
Isn’t it so pretty? To be fair, I only own one coat-coat, and it’s black, so this is totally something I need!
You can probably tell that H&M is one of my favourite stores right? I looooove their stuff and even though they are affordable, they have really, really good stuff!
I bought a pair of cashmere blend (yes cashmere blend) stockings for R50 the other day. Even better, they were made in Italy – which just goes to show you, quality doesn’t have to cost a fortune, you just have to keep your eyes wide open!
Back to my wishlist, how cute are these Leather Gloves? I think they’ll match my pink coat quite well! Come on winter, come on!
Floral Down Jacket
I’m not going to lie to your girls, I’m such a casual dresser these days as I’m sure you can tell by my outfits and what’s on my shopping radar. My 27 year old self would be smacking me over the head now, wondering what happened. But I just can’t help it! Causal clothes are just so much better – way better than they were when I was 27 that’s for sure!
I’m obsessed with this floral printed down jacket! I love it! Did I mention that it’s filled with down feathers and that it’s floral and that I NEEED IT!?
I don’t just want any hoodie, I want a Superdry hoodie! They are so beautiful and cozy!
The only problem is trying to pick one that I love more than the other!
I die for fluffy slippers and I wish I could find these Minnetonka Cally Slippers in South Africa. Trust me, I’ve hunted! While you can find Minnetonka shoes in SA, the slippers are rare. I even asked my sister to find me a pair while she was in New York last month, but she had no luck.
Why, Why, Why! If they are anything as comfortable as my Minnetonka Trapper boots or my Fringed Lace Up Boots, I’ll probably never take them off. But let’s be honest, I wouldn’t mind keeping them on all day long!
Since last winter, I wanted a pair of every day Chelsea boots and these ZARA babies (R999.00) are perfection! Not too sure how they would look on, but defs going to try them on when I get a chance.
The Kooples Candle
I still get sad when I think about my gorgeous candle from The Kooples, that my dang animals (bless their soul) destroyed! I loved it! It made my entire house smell amazing and it was a perfect welcome home scent. Even the hubby liked it – which is rare, because he does not like candles one bit.
It just has the most luxurious aroma and it really fills your home. These candles are pretty pricey – think it was R900 the last time I checked, but they are very special indeed.
I’ve got that Autumn feeling and I can’t wait for cooler weather!
