This week I would like to present inkarlcerating otherwise known as Karl. He has been part of Chictopia for a while. Together with his very individual style and way of dressing, it’s not hard to see why Karl is not only a official Style Icon, but a huge favourite on Chictopia as well. Karl is not afraid of breaking the fashion rules and has a way of mixing layers and Doc Martin’s, whilst still looking unique and stylish. Meet the super chic Karl.
1. What made you want to start your own blog?
Actually I don’t even call it my own blog. I am still crossing my fingers since having a new dslr cam is the starting point in my blogging hobby. I joined Chictopia late last year because I was amazed by how streetwear and grunge fashion translate in every individual and I thought, why not try it myself?
2 How would you describe your style?
Dark romance, deconstructed, melancholic, grungy, effortless, sheer, wrinkled and extra ordinary (I think. Most of the time I am influenced by the music that I listen to. I have to say they are both definitely inseparable.
3. Whose style do you admire?
As of this moment, CHARLES GUISLAIN is my hero! He’s a goddess.

1. A sheer distressed black top
2. Leather bag
3. Black denim skinny jeans
4. Black lace up boots
5. M y almost broken Blackberry phone
5. What is the best thing you have learnt from having a fashion blog?
I think its about acceptance and that despite the fact that your best friend’s disapprove of your clothes, hair or shoes, you know that some where there is a 16 yr old French guy from the other side of the globe that would kill for your individual taste and style.
