A CHANEL Makeover with International Artist
Yesterday, I was treated to a fabulous makeover at CHANEL Pavilion, by their international artist Sophie Egerton, who is visiting South Africa from the UK. First, the canvas was set using Chanel Teint Innocence Compact (in number 40), possibly my new favourite foundation of all time. I’m olive skinned, so the foundation was warmed up with another new favourite, Soleil Tan De Chanel in Bronze Universal, then set with Chanel Vitalumiere Pressed Powder in B30. I was really impressed with the foundation, how it all blended beautifully with my skin, while it gave great coverage. I’ve only ever used Vitalumiere Aqua foundation, from Chanel which is great, but I think this combination above is definitely my perfect fit! Sophie started my makeover with my brows, spending quite a lot of time perfecting them. I love having my brows done by makeup artists, as it makes such a huge difference and I always manage to mess mine up when I try, although Sophie did give me some tips. First brush the brows down, then fill in the areas needed with a pencil before brushing them back up. That way you can get a better view of their shape and apply filler…
