Winter Hair Routine For Fine Hair

This winter seems to be so much dryer than the last. I don’t know if it is, but my hair seems beyond controllable this time around. In an attempt to find a winter hair routine, I dug into my stash (going way back to products that I used years ago, to some newbies) and finally came up with a winter hair care routine that works for me!
