A pair of shades is great to finish off any look no matter what the season, and this winter Retro inspired Shades is a huge trend form both men and women. For the boy’s styles form the 50’s and 70’s are making a big comeback, from bright pop art inspired specks to Wayfarer Shades made popular in the 1970’s.

The biggest trends to look for this winter are:

Aviators – The Aviator design has been in style for a few years now, for this season we are seeing the design changing from oversized to slightly smaller frames to suit that old school look.

Pop Art Sunglasses – This trend has recently been revived buy big Designer names like Burberry and Ray Ban. The Pop Art culture is all about colour and making a statement, go for bright shades of red, blue and orange to liven up your winter wardrobe.

Wayfarer Shades – The 70’s was all about being young and trendy and Wayfarer Shades helped to bring a whole new era of styles and trends into fashion. These shades are perfect to add to both a Retro look as well as a more Modern Urban style.

Clear Tinted Glasses – If you want to pull of a truly vintage or retro inspired trend a great options is to get any of these shades mentioned in a clear of transparent tint. The clear glasses help to create that old school vibe and will look great for a both day or night look.
