This was the inspiration behind the Elizabeth Arden White Tea fragrance, which launched in 2017. Fast forward to 2019 and this gorgeous fragrance is now a collection, with two new variants so that you can find your perfect moment.
Elizabeth Arden White Tea is probably is my favourite fragrance (now collection) from the house of EA. I fell in love with the original fragrance instantly and I keep a bottle of it on my bedside table and spritz it on before bed, which surprisingly has a calming effect on my mood.
It’s a crisp and vibrant fragrance with top notes of Clary Sage, Italian Mandarin, Sea Breeze and Japanese White Fern. In the heart, notes of White Iris, White Tea and Mate Absolute give it a clean sophistication, while the base notes of Tranquil Musks Madras Wood, Amberette Seed Absolute and Tonka Bean Absolute give it a harmonious softness.
One of the two new additions is Elizabeth Arden White Tea Vanilla Orchid. This one is slightly more cozy and indulgent. With top notes of Bergamot, Lemon Primofiore, Quince and Elmi oil, it’s like casting a candlelight of a warm invitation. In the heart, Vanilla Orchid, White Tea, Gardenia and Dewy Jasmine bring the richness of comfort, while the base notes (of Vanilla Essence, Ambrette, Orris, Amberwood and Musk) make it just beautiful and aromatic.
The second addition is the Elizabeth Arden White Tea Wild Rose variant, which is another beautiful and delicate fragrance. This one is a bit sweeter than the other two and instead of that coziness it offers a delightful sweetness. I think it will be perfect for those summer evenings out in the garden.
It opens with top notes of Pear Tree Blossom, White Tea, Red Currant and Palmarosa. In the heart, Bulgarian Rose, Turkish Rose, Blush Peony and Clary Sage give it a sweet sensation while the base notes of Sheer Amber, Radiant Musks, Mate Absolute and Tonka Bean envelop the fragrance with warmth.
