Stylish, Wireless Earphones

Stylish, Wireless Earphones

If you love music as much as I do, you no doubt want a pair of headphones that will be music to your ears. Nothing is worse than crackly sound, or earphones that feel uncomfortable – that’s why I’ve been loving both pairs of my Sudio Sweden headphones so much – and for different reasons. Stick around as today I’m going to tell you more about why I love them, PLUS I’ve  got a special discount coupon for all my lovely readers, so that you can enjoy 15% off the retail price (for a limited time). Sudio is a brand of high quality earphones designed in Stockholm. They provide crystal clear sound and look super sleek and stylish, whether you’re wearing them at the gym or on the street. They are really well made; minimalistic yet stylish, practical yet functional, with high quality details and finishing that make them the earphones to have! For me, I like to have both On-Ear and In-Ear headphones. On-Ear for using at home, watching Youtube or when I travel, and In-Ear to keep in my handbag for those “I wish I had music” situations and when I’m working out. Sudio’s On-Ear headphones are called REGENT (currently R2 250 – less…

How To Spring Clean Your Closet, LetGo & Make Money

How To Spring Clean Your Closet, LetGo & Make Money

I have a closet room cupboard full of clothes. Yet, I’m always faced with the common dilemma of not having anything to wear. It’s not that I don’t have enough, it’s just that I have a cupboard full of things that either don’t fit, don’t suit my style, or things I just can’t get rid of because I spent too much money on them. While every girl wants a well edited collection of wearable items, Spring is the perfect time to shed the excess and start working towards that dream closet goal. By dream closet, I don’t mean one that’s floor-to-ceiling-wall-to-wall, but rather a happy place, filled with pieces of clothing and items that you would actually wear. So today, I’m going to give you a quick guide to spring cleaning your closet, show you how to LetGo and even make some money on the side. Money you can use for new items that are actually YOU, and it’s all thanks to a fun, interactive mobile shopping App called LetGo.

The Coolest Accessories for your iPhone6

The Coolest Accessories for your iPhone6

I love my iPhone 6, it’s seriously the best thing Apple has ever come up with! Well, next to the Macbook Pro, the Mac, the iPod the iPad… OK! So everything Apple is awesome! But for today, let’s just focus on the iPhone 6 shall we? My iPhone 6 is attached to my hand, permanently, so I wanted to share some of my must have accessories for this phone. Four little “add ons” if you will that make my life easier and keep it minimalist and functional – just like everything Apple really. Moshi iGlaze Armour I have a record when it comes to dropping phones. I dropped my iPhone 4s more times than I’d like to remember, and lets just say my insurance company doesn’t like me too much! My problem was always crappy covers that don’t secure the phone properly, and the ones that did were bulky and just plain ooogly! So when I saw these Moshi IGlaze Armour covers for the iPhone 6 I was like OMG – YES! A cover that looks amazing, protects my phone and doesn’t take away the pretty from my iPhone 6’s gold glam gorgeousness. These covers really compliment the new iPhone…

My Summer Playlist

My Summer Playlist

Summer ain’t over yet! So before the sun goes down, I wanted to share some of the tunes that have been rocking my summer so far… Lips Are Movin ~ Meghan Trainor Like Me Like That ~ Cara Frew (Pascal & Pearce Remix) Young Blood ~ Bea Miller Love me Harder ~ Ariana Grande & The Weekend All About That Bass ~ Meghan Trainor Do What U Want ~ Lady Gaga (Featuring R. My Summer Playlist is quite a mix of styles, but they all have one thing in common; they’re all fun, summer lovin’ tunes. I like to put them all into an iTunes Playlist and then hit the shuffle button, so that I can listen to them at random, and they almost always guarantee an…

Power To The Purse!

Power To The Purse!

Load shedding is killing me! Thankfully I’ve got my Knomo Dering to keep my iPhone powered up during South Africa’s “dark ages”, and when I’m on the go! Now I don’t have to worry about draining my battery at evening events, and I can still look trendy and appropriate with this gorgeous clutch. Talk about clutch control! Power to the Purse! The Knomo Dering comes with a built in power pack (wrapped in its own leather pouch) that “clips” inside the purse. When you need to charge it up, detaching the power pack is simple and you don’t have to remove the battery from its pouch at all. Such a clever design, as expected from this smart and functional brand. You even switch it on/off  and can quickly see how much battery power remains, all without removing the battery from its pretty pouch. On the outside, the Dering is a sleek and lightweight purse. It’s made from a soft, durable nylon and a luxurious leather trim. Inside, it has two compartments; one being a dedicated section for your smartphone, that fits the clever and stylish integrated power pack, your device and its USB cable. The other, a spacious front section to keep your essentials (I have my lipstick, miniature perfume and sunglasses in…

7 Days, Using only the iPad Air2 for Everything in 1

7 Days, Using only the iPad Air2 for Everything in 1

So, as you may recall, I was one of the bloggers challenged by The iStore, to use the new iPad Air 2 for seven days, as my only connection to the digital world. That meant; no smartphones (unless for calls, but I used mine for WhatsApp too), no laptops and no computers. Everything I would normally do day to day, had to be done on the new iPad Air2, to show and tell, how you can do it all with just one “gadget”. And if you were sceptical, let me tell you that it can be done and I did it! I’d be lying if I said I didn’t miss my big 25″ screen and working on multiple windows simultaneously, but the thing I loved about the iPad Air2 is that I could stick it in my bag and blog on the go, without having to “rush back to the office” to get work done. To be honest, I hardly ever took my Mac Book Pro out-and-about before, unless I was going away for a couple of days. It’s not that its heavy, but it ain’t light either and you still need the charger, so ya, it takes a lot space. The iPad Air 2 didn’t take…
