If the whole “organic” thing confuses you, remember, organic foods are grown as naturally as possible, without the use of pesticides and other chemicals. Organics are usually certified by some kind of an agency, so you can make sure you aren’t being duped.
Launched in South Africa a year or two ago, Green and Blacks is an organic chocolate range, with premium chocolates. They come in a few variants and retail in that “premium” price bracket of around R25 for a slab. You may have to keep an eye out for this one, because although it was all over the shops at one stage, a couple of supermarkets are no longer stocking it, probably because of shopper demand.
