iPhoneography 2015 Contest

Yesterday I got to hang with the iStore and a bunch of cool kids, zipping around Jozi in fun Mini Cooper’s, snapping pics of all the pretty things, using our iPhone! Why you ask? To officially open the 2015 iStore iPhoneography Contest. If your iPhone is permanently attached to your hand and you’re always finding things to photograph, then you are an iPhoneographer, and you can get to experience your art like a real artist, thanks to the iPhoneography contest and exhibition! But before I tell you more about that, check out some of my city snaps that I posted on my Instagram (@stylescoop) and a whole lot more on my fun and random account (@dimidoodles)… We visited the Maboneng Precinct, which is any photographers dream and the amazing graffiti plastered walls of Newtown, Johannesburg. There is nothing worse than going to an event, and having to lug around a big ‘ol heavy bag, especially when there’s champers and macaroons on offer. As a blogger, I often attend events, and have so much to hold, it’s ridiculous! Meet My Travel Buddies

I get bored on a plane! Like, really, really bored! I’m worse than a kid! And I’ve learnt that I need to make sure I have enough to keep me occupied or else I get ratty! Bless the digital age, that allows us to pack only a few electronic things to ensure we are occupied for hours! Yesterday I showed you guys what beauty products I take on board. Today, I’ll show you my travel buddies – electronics and gadgets that I will, most definitely take with on my trip! iPad My iPad always goes with me whenever I travel. It’s the best invention in the world because you can do so much with it! I’ve loaded mine up with books, magazines, movies and games to keep me occupied. I love playing UNO – I can have fun with this game for hours! I also like to play around with Moodboad, creating inspiration boards. iPhone Well, my iPhone is always with me. As in always. Are you looking for a super cool gadget for your night stand? The fab peeps over at the iStore, recently sent me this amazing little Tick Tock Dock by Edifier. It looks like a retro alarm clock, but with modern day functions. Functions like the ability to dock your iPhone 3, 4/ 4s or your iPod.
