Oh yes! It’s time to get inspired for a change of season. Loving MAVALA’s new nail trends for our upcoming Autumn/ Winter 2014 in South Africa! Their latest collection, Sublime, features six sensual shades that adopt a more intimate, classic attitude while keeping the look feminine, seductive and confident. Glamorous nudes, browns, blushes and blues inspired by the 1940’s. Poetic Rose – a smoky rose Twilight Blue – a dark midnight blue Espresso – a warm dark brown Amethyst – a precious purple Ivory Beige – a luxurious beige Warm Grey – a beige grey Such gorgeous, rich and pretty colours! I’ve been rocking Amethyst for a couple of days now and although I am not a fan of purple nail polish, this one is such a great colour. It’s like a deep plum, reminiscent of a good glass of red wine. Chili & Spice! Hot New Colours From Mavala

Some like it hot! I absolutely love vibrant, bright nail colour, so I was super excited when these babies from Mavala landed on my desk the other day! Chili & Spice is all about bringing out the brightest brights and hottest nail colours for a sizzling hot summer! Definitely something to look forward to while we bear the cold in not so sunny SA! The collection features six intense shades inspired by tropical paradises around the globe! If you want a quick trip without the travel, then these six shades will take you there! Trinidad, Jaipur, Bali (my fave), Bamako, Samarkand and Cuzco. I love these nail colours and the colour of the bottle is true to that of the shade you get on your nails. Super bright and intense! Just the way I like it! To be honest, I’m not the biggest fan of green or purple nailpolish, but Bamako and Samarkand are like no other nail polish I have in my collection – and I have a lot! They are “solid” colours which I often find lacking, especially in these two shades. I can’t wait for summer! At least I’ll have a gorgeous selection of nail polish to match my…
