So now I know it’s winter, and I know the only thing on your mind is how quickly you can get under that warm duvet, but ladies, trust me, help your face to keep glowing by following my easy cleaning tips. It’s as simple as 1, 2, 3! I’ve adopted this skin care routine, and in addition to using my OptiPhi range of skincare, it’s made such a difference to my skin. I haven’t had a breakout in forever, my skin is looking super healthy and my makeup glides on and stays put! Taking off your makeup is one of the most neglected things women do. Going to sleep with it on is very bad. It clogs your pores, not to mention dirties your linen and you wake up looking like a terrified raccoon! I’ve been wanting to do a skincare routine for a while now. For the past two months or so, I’ve been using nothing but OptiPhi on my skin, and I gotta tell ya’, I love this stuff! Seriously, love! My skin has never looked better (and it’s staying that way), so if you want to know my secret, here it is…. In the mornings I always start with OptiPhi Facial Cleanser, this is a soap free formula with mild exfoliation. My skin feels totally cleansed after this and not a single bit of dryness. You know sometimes when you skin itches after cleansing it and you have to pile on the moisturizer to relieve it? Well, not this one! I also like the fact that it exfoliates the skin gently, so there is no need for toners. On the delicate area of the eye, I use OptiPhi Eyesigns Active Gel. This weekend I hit the dreaded 30! GASP! It’s just one of those numbers that has the ability to scare the living crap out of you. Last week Wednesday, I was invited to experience an OptiPhi Skin Rejuvenating Peel at the fabulous day spa in Durban, La Belle Vie. Gotta love working on StyleScoop! Now, I know what you’re thinking… skin peel – eek! When I first read the email, I couldn’t help but think of Samantha (Sex and the City) arriving at Carrie’s book party wearing an over-sized black hat and black vale trying to hide her hideous, raw and red skin peel!
