Good morning guys! I hope you all had a fab weekend! This weekend I shot another little OOTD, with this totally cute graphic sweat shirt. I love graphic tees, so when I spotted this one at SheIn, I had to have it! For a sweatshirt, it was quite fitted, so I layered it over a white shirt to add more length to my torso – since I don’t like it when tops end just on my hip. Not a good look for an already “hippy” girl ya know what I mean! I think the white shirt with the collar peeking out also made the look a little more pulled together. Still casual, but not overly so! To brighten up my look and make it more weekend cool, I wore my new Dune London Ediamond yellow handbag. It’s not technically a cross-body bag, but it works perfectly as one for me! Then, I just added a fluffy little charm to my bag to add some fun and threw on a pair of ripped up boyfriend jeans, nude pointed flats and some blue accessories. I have a new obsession with trenches lately! They are such easy pieces that you can just throw on to instantly upgrade your look and make it more polished. Right now I’m loving this Lightweight, Green Epaulette Coat from SheIn – my new fave online shopping destination. As we say goodbye (and good riddance) to winter and hello to Spring, this trench will probably become my new BFF! I can picture a cute summer look with a little white tee, denim cut offs and gladiator sandals or even Converse… Hmmm! Yesterday, in Jozi we got to experience a little taste of warmer weather, so I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to wear this coat to an exciting fragrance launch (more on that soon). My look started with a hat, but quickly changed thanks to the wind deciding it was a no go (hence all the face touching in my pics). I am glad though, that I got at least one shot with the hat, because I love how it makes this look more wintery. I also really love the flap detail at the back of the coat, and the subtle hint of epaulettes on the shoulder which give it that military feel. Oh, it’s also got built in shoulder pads, which are perfecto…

I think this tan fringed cardigan might be one of my favourite purchases this winter. Besides being soft, cozy and very versatile, it will be a great transitional piece that I’m sure I will get lots of wear in Spring… I know, I’m counting down the days to warmer weather already! I love the mix of orange and grey colours, the amazing tribal print at the back, and of course the fringe details! I layered it over an all grey outfit, pulling out some of my old closet favourites like this grey tee shirt, grey skinny jeans and my over the knee boots. I finished the look off with my favourite bag ever, my Rebecca Minkoff Love Cross Body Bag – probably my best purchase to date! Outfit Details Tassel Cardigan from Sheinside (on sale) Grey T-shirt – Gap (old) Grey Skinny Jeans – Zara (old) Over the Knee Boots – Luella (old) Handbag – Rebecca Minkoff Love Cross Body Bag. Also love this colour Sunglasses – Prada. Also love these Happy Friday lovelies xx

I’m all for timeless pieces; a nude, double breasted trench, denim shirts, Hunter Boots, beautifully structured handbags and stylish sunglasses. And this is one of my favourite ways to put the whole look together! This lightweight apricot trench will be such a staple for Spring, but I couldn’t wait to wear it now! I usually wear an 8/small, but decided go get this one in a Medium, since I knew that I would be wearing it over something. I actually wish I had gone for the Large, just to give my arms more space when I wear it with something like my denim shirt. But nonetheless, I love it! I love how many different style options this lightweight trench offers, and although it’s not as thick or wintery as a classic trench, it’s still a great piece that offers the same, endless styling options. Like tying the belt at the back for example, which allows me to wear it open, but still ensuring that my outfit has a nice silhouette. Shop my Outfit Lightweight Trench Coat from Sheinside. It’s on SALE NOW 🙂 Levis Western Shirt – similar style here GAP Skinny Jeans Tumi Sinclair Stella Handbag – beige one here Hunter Boots. How cool are these? Lucky…

One of my current obsessions at the moment is the longline vest. Also called a sleeveless waistcoat or sleeveless trench, the only thing you need to know, is that you need it in your life! It’s such an essential piece – great for layering or transitioning into different seasons, and it can be worn in so, so many different ways! It can add structure and form to any look and perfect for layering without the bulk! I am so in love with my new winter cape, that I bought online from Sheinside, and I’m now constantly on their website, adding more to my wishlist! Their stuff is amazing and the price (especially since we buy a season behind) makes for some fabulous online shopping at really affordable prices. I’m going back for shopping round two, so I thought I’d share some of my Sheinside faves with ya… Multicolor cardigan shirt dress Long Sleeve, V-Neck Maxi Dress Woolen Khaki Coat with Lapel Orange V-Neck Loose Dress Navy Contrast Sleeveless Faux Fur Coat I’ve had my eye on that Multicolor cardigan shirt dress for a while! It may not look like much in the picture, but the style gallery on Sheinside for this piece is amazing! That’s the other feature I love about Sheinside, is that you can view the style gallery for various items on the item page (just scroll down)! It’s a gallery of looks for the specific item, submitted by people that have bought it. How fab! Winter capes are so on trend and you’ll see them everywhere! But get yourself a fabulous cape that can be styled up (or down) and you’ve got yourself…
