The Burberry Poncho

What could be more coveted than owning an iconic Burberry Trench? Well, it seems a monogrammed Burberry Poncho or Blanket is the winter accessory to have and to hold. First seen on the Autumn Winter 2014 Prorsum runway, Burberry’s Colour Block Check Blanket Poncho has been spotted on the streets by Suki Waterhouse, Victoria Beckham, SJP, Rosie Huntington-Whitely, Cara Delevingne and Alexa Chung – to name a few. Inspired by the traditional equestrian blanket; with blanket-stitched edging and a warm, hard-wearing textured feel Burberry Ponchos come in a range styles with archival and modern influences. But what makes these pieces even more coveted? Burberry monogramming, which allows customers to personalise their Poncho with three initials in the Burberry font.
