Hi There

Body Shaping with Skin & Body Renewal

Body Shaping with Skin & Body Renewal

I think it’s fair to say that we all have issues with our bodies. Some of us have an issue with our butt, our tummies, our thighs, our arms, even smaller things that people can’t see. With me, I’m not the biggest fan of my legs – my knees in particular – or my ankles for that matter! So when Skin & Body Renewal invited me to try out some Body Shaping treatments I was over the moon!

Skin Treats at Skin Renewal

Skin Treats at Skin Renewal

I got to experience a few more skin treatments at my beloved Skin Renewal and wanted to share these with you today. My ultimate goal when it comes to my skin, is obviously to keep it looking its absolute best, and now that I’ve hit the mid 30’s mark – anti ageing is a thing that constantly plays on my mind. My other concern is pigmentation, but these treatments, while aimed at helping with pigmentation, were more specifically targeted towards breathing new life into my skin, following a series of very intense Fraxel Dual Laser treatments.

Microdermabrasion, IPL & Transdermal Mesotheraphy

I’m back today with another skin update and wanted to share with you gals some of the treatments I’ve had done recently at Skin Renewal. As most of you know, I’ve done a couple of Fraxel Dual Laser treatments at the Irene branch, with my main aim to combat and banish the pigmentation/ melasma on my face. After four successful sessions, which drastically reduced the appearance of my pigmentation, Dr Lawn suggested a custom programme featuring a few milder treatments to get my overall skin condition looking its best.

Pigmentation Results After My 4th Fraxel Dual Laser

Pigmentation Results After My 4th Fraxel Dual Laser

So, as most of you know I’ve been doing Fraxel Laser at Skin Renewal and yesterday marked three weeks following my 4th and final session. If you’ve been following my Fraxel  Laser journey, you’ll remember how prominent my pigmentation was before starting with Fraxel in January this year. Now, nearly 5 months later and 4 Fraxel’s done and dusted, I can’t begin to tell you what an amazing improvement it has had on my skin. Today, I’ll share my final thoughts, but first let me show you my before and afters…

My Second Fraxel Dual Laser Treatment – Before & After

My Second Fraxel Dual Laser Treatment – Before & After

Well gals, I can’t begin to tell you how impressed I am with the Fraxel Dual Laser treatment that I’ve been doing to get rid of my pigmentation/ melasma. For years I’ve suffered with very prominent pigmentation on my whole face, specifically on my forehead and have never found anything that worked. That was until I had my first Fraxel Dual Laser Treatment at Skin Renewal in Irene. Earlier this month, I went for my second treatment and today, four weeks following my laser, I’ve got the before and afters to share with you…

Get Rid of Pigmentation?

Get Rid of Pigmentation?

In my seven years of blogging, today’s post is probably one of the most uncomfortable ones I’ve ever done! I’m showing you my naked skin, sans foundation or coverup! Going foundation free is not something you’d catch me doing willingly! For years, I’ve suffered with quite prominent and very annoying pigmentation/ melasma on my face and I tell you, it ain’t a pretty sight! But the good news is, I’ve finally found a way to get it reduced (and hopefully, in time, removed completely) thanks to a little magic wand, better known as the Fraxel DUAL Laser; a treatment available at Skin Renewal.
