Filorga Foaming Cleanser

Filorga, a French skincare brand has recently launched a new anti-ageing foam cleanser that moisturises your skin while you cleanse.

I recently got to give this product a go – my first touch of the Filorga brand – but before I get into what I thought about it, here’s a little snippet on the product.

Filorga Foaming Cleanser has mild cleansing agents that ensure the balance of the skin is preserved while you cleanse. It’s enriched with hyaluronic acid, which helps to add moisture to the skin. Plus, it’s packed with anti-ageing properties. It contains high extracts of white Lilly extract, which is known to repair the skin and is full of anti-oxidants, so you can insure that it soothes and calms the skin.

After trying this product, I think it’s a great cleanser. It doubles as a makeup remover – provided you don’t have heavily lined liquid lids, which I found doesn’t remove that easily. But for your everyday face; foundation, mascara, eyeliner, blusher etc, it’s pretty good and you probably won’t need to use a makeup remover before hand.

Another cool thing about this cleanser is that it comes in a pump action botle, so you dispense just the right amount. The bottle is clear and the product appears to be liquid, but once you press the pump, it dispenses a foamy formula. I like that!

I’m very against soap cleansers and generally only use gel cleansers, but I do love the feel of foam. On the skin it feels great. It has a really nice smell and leaves skin feeling squeaky clean. I am impressed.

Filorga Foaming Cleanser is available at selected Edgars and Red Square stores and the recommended retail price for the 150ml bottle is R285.00
