StyleScoop is South Africa’s first fabulous blog. Started in September 2008, this is where you will find your daily dose of all those little things that make your heart flutter; shoes, makeup, accessories, fashion, giveaways and more. Created, developed and maintained by Dimi Ingle, a Durban based blogger, self-confessed shoe addict, coffee snob and fashioniSTAR in the making, who has been building websites since the days of good ol’ dial up connections.

I’m a girly girl at heart, and through my blog I aim to sugar coat life for women of all ages. Whether you are twenty or forty, in your wee tweens or growing grays, there is no reason not to indulge the girly girl inside.

I blog about things that inspire me and excite my inner girly girl. Most of the time, I’m obsessing about shoes or makeup, but I also love clothes and fashion, interiors and home decor, food, fabulous spots to relax and sales, all of which I share on my blog on a daily basis. I like to experience things before telling my readers about them, so you’ll never find copy-and-pasted press releases here! Every product I’ve reviewed on StyleScoop I’ve tried out myself or given to another trusty guinea pig. I like to share as much visual content on my blog posts as possible and love taking photos to show readers a true reflection of how I’ve experienced something.

My Team

StyleScoop is so much more than just a blog. It’s a lifestyle website, focused on scooping up the latest in fashion, beauty, style and trends with an emphasis on South Africa. In addition to my own blog posts, StyleScoop also serves as a platform and well-curated showcase of life in the fab lane with the assistance of weekly columns by my team of independent contributing bloggers.
