I have this thing with mascara… I love it!
It’s the one essential makeup must-have I just can’t, make that, won’t live without!

In a single stroke it dresses the lashes in an elegant slick of volume, creating the blackest black, lushest lashes that still look incredibly natural and above all, feel comfortable!
For me, I have okay length lashes (although I wouldn’t mind them being a bit longer ya know), but they are dead straight with no curve – something I always look for in a mascara, since my lids face downwards, and I NEED the curve and the volume to open up my eyes.
This mascara does a great job at coating the lashes and giving each one a lift. It separates each lash evenly, without a single clump, but at the same time, no matter how much I pile on, my lashes stay comfortable and not sticky or spiky! Although, having said that I only felt the need to apply 2-3 coats.
The flexible head brush, which is Lancôme’s first ever Hypnose elastomer brush is so easy to use and really great for applying mascara like a pro. I especially love how easy it is to apply mascara to my lower lashes, as it gently combs the lashes as it coats.
It has a combination of longer and shorter bristles that are soft, so you can really get into the those corners of the lashes without poking yourself in the eye!
It takes a little while to dry, but once it’s on the lashes it’s swathes them in the smoothest, most comfortable film of lush, black mascara that stays put.
The hybrid forumla comprises a melt-in cream texture and a resistant smudge proof formula. And besides looking fantabulous on your lashes right now, over time,Lancôme’s exclusive Native Rose Cells extract helps to leave bare lashes softer and more resistant for a thicker lash fringe! Even more reason to use it every single day!
Such a marvellous mascara, and definitely one to add to my list of top mascaras. The other ones being Chanel Le Volume De Chanel, Lancôme Grandiose and Lancôme Hypnose Drama.

You and me both Candice 🙂 Funny thing, no matter how much I “pumped it”, the bristles never come out clumpy – which also says a lot about how wonderfully it works on the lashes – clump free awesomeness 🙂
If I were to have only one thing on my face it would have to be mascara! That is why this sounds so appealing!
