Today, I wanted to share another gorgeous fragrance with you gals from GUCCI, GUCCI BAMBOO.
Although new to South Africa, GUCCI BAMBOO was launched by GUCCI in the Northern Hemispheres’ Spring of 2015, and now that we’re heading into warmer weather, GUCCI BAMBOO is a beautiful and delicate scent that we too can enjoy.
Before we get into the notes and glorious scent, I love the story behind the name of this fragrance.
BAMBOO is one of GUCCI’s most recognisable design signatures. It’s a symbol that’s natural strength compares to steel. It’s slender and elegant, and like bamboo, the GUCCI woman shares these strengths.
She has an alluring mix of many different sides, balancing her strength and confidence with her innate femininity.
GUCCI BAMBOO is a scent that represents the essence of the GUCCI Woman. A fragrance that is true to her spirit.
GUCCI BAMBOO is a gorgeous, sophisticated scent, classified as a woody-floral, but more delicate than you’d expect from a floral scent.
It has a mix of exotic florals and woody notes, with top notes of bergamot, heart notes of casablanca lily and yang yang and base notes of sandalwood.
A delicate pale blush juice, beautifully housed in a distinctive bottle with it’s sleek bamboo cap that represents a delicate sensibility with strong lines. Boldly cut in an art deco diamond style with facets juxtaposed against the curved, feminine cap.
