Leopard. Espadrilles. Outfit

I finally found a pair of beautiful leopard print espadrilles, so I guess you could say I’m over the moon! Best part, they were on sale (whoop whoop) and are totally comfortable, cute and exactly what I’ve been looking for!

I love espadrilles for summer, especially for those days when you don’t feel like wearing sandals, or dare I say it, your pedi is in need of a little TLC. Nevermind, Espadrilles are so cute and so comfy! The thing I hate though, is when manufacturers go and ruin them by putting cheap ass inner soles inside. I mean, what’s the point? The whole reason behind what makes espadrilles perfect, breathable summer shoes is the woven rope sole, so why mess with perfection? Although I don’t mind leather inner soles since they also breathe, the woven, au natural version is always so much better.

I picked up these babies on Superbalist, and let me tell you gals, the whole online shopping experience was fantastic. I had been eyeing them for a while and then saw they were on sale, so I had to have them. To add to that, I got an extra 10% off thanks to an awesome special they were running and they arrived at my home within 2 days. I got so excited, I immediately put them on, and modified my outfit to shoot these pics.

I’m a total sucker for leopard print anything – it’s such a versatile pattern that goes with any look and is really not limited to seasons. These espadrilles inspired me to break out of my black uniform (sorry gals, I’m Greek, and black is a mandatory colour) and brighten up my look with some easy, bright summer pieces. Coral sweater – check, yellow handbag – check, distressed boyfriend jeans – check!
