Let’s get Loud!

So you guys know I’m a sucker for mascara. Like many of you out there, my lashes are short and not very thick. To top it off, the edges are blonde (I know, a Greek with blonde lashes) and my eyes are also quite big, which means I cannot go a day without mascara. I need lashes!

I must have a bazillion tubes of mascara, and while it’s hard for me to pick favourites, each one has it’s own unique benefits.

A new mascara I got to try out recently is from L’Oreal and it’s called Volume Million Lashes, Extra-Black. It’s an updated version to their first Volume Million Lashes, but this one extra black.

I love it! It makes my lashes super black, thickens out my blonde tips and ads more va-va-voom. What I really like about it, is that you can pile on up to five coats (I haven’t’ attempted more) and still your lashes look quite natural, not clumpy and fake.

I like to apply three coats, let it dry a little and then apply two more. The formula is not clumpy so it doesn’t crumble when you try to apply more coats even when its just about dry.

Other benefits of this mascara include Elastomer Bristles with an ultra flexible brush, a built-in anti-clump wiper that removes excess mascara and the millionizer brush that separates lashes. The new Extra-Black version contains carbon-black pigments that really makes those lashes super black!

i am using the previous Lash Million and i LOVE IT! i have long eyelashes but they have no volume, so i have the problem that mascara manufacturers don’t seem to deliver on their promise… VOLUME PULEEZ! However, with a drawer full of mascara – snap – i bought the Loreal. And it worked wonders, i know because i put one brand on one eye and this one on the other & all my GF’s immediately chose the Loreal Eye. One top ladies fashion mag claimed  the Loreal failed to impress, i kept wondering if they were actually really testing it or just saying so.
So Ms Dimi, i will definitely get this one next & give it a twirl. Thank you

Hi Jo. I know what you mean, I need volume and will never say no to more length. What I love about this mascara is that you can put on three coats, do the other eye, and then go pile on more. I did five and got really “wow” lashes. The best part is considering I had so much on, my lashes didn’t feel clumpy or watery. Defs one of my fave mascaras at the moment 🙂

Let me know what you think of it.
